put the pork, onion, garlic and some salt in water in a cooking pot on medium heat. let it cook for a while. add the rest of the vegetables and spicy sauce/powder and cook a while longer. change to low heat and add the noodles, turn off when the noodles are done. add the miso paste (or broth, or just salt) last and taste test to see how much you need.
mix half rye flour and half oat/other flour in a bowl with water to a batter consistency (like pancake batter). cover the bowl with a towel and let it ferment on the table or in the fridge until it smells like sourdough, in sweden in room temperature it takes around 24 hours (it depends on temperature etc so google it to know how long you should take). mix in 1-2 eggs into this dough and fry with butter in the frying pan like thin crepes (dont make them thick), or put into a waffle iron.
soak the tapioca pearls for about 30min in oatmilk. cook them on low-medium heat (it uses a lot of milk; can also use water to replace at least parts of the liquid) while sometimes stirring, until it becomes like pudding. add more milk whenever necessary. add sweetener depending on your taste. when its pudding-like, turn off and remove from stove. let it cool. boil tea and let the tea cool. mix tapioca pudding, tea, oat milk (about half the glass should be milk), and ginger extract/juice (only a little) in a glass, large glass is better. after mixing it, you can also add icecubes if you want it colder.
